01 Origin
From stove building to outdoor kitchens
The FREILUFT Manufaktur in Nordwalde grew out of a stove-building workshop. Nordwalde lies in the Münsterland region of northwest Germany. Experience with fire shaped the kitchens: they are planned around a grill-and-fire element built from stainless steel, cast iron and firebrick.
Cabinets, fronts and worktops are made to order as well, each for one kitchen. You can learn more about the manufactory on freiluftmanufaktur.com.

Design and approval
We plan the kitchen with you, on site and in drawings. Production starts once the layout drawing is approved; after that the layout can no longer be changed.

Made to order
The kitchen is made for you in Nordwalde. There is a unique manufactory number on every kitchen, and yours identifies your kitchen from production on.

Sea freight
The finished kitchen is shipped to Florida by sea. We coordinate transport and import.

Installation
We deliver the kitchen, set and level the cabinet modules and place the stone worktops. Foundations, anchoring and the gas, electrical and plumbing connections are made by Florida-licensed contractors engaged by you or your builder, who also apply for the permits.

Handover
We explain the kitchen and light the first fire with you. At handover you receive a care kit and the warranty documents, and we register your appliances with their manufacturers.

Ensch Outdoor Living LLC in Miami sells and plans FREILUFT kitchens in the United States. You buy your kitchen from us, and we are your contact for planning, delivery, warranty and service. We set the cabinets and stone worktops; Florida-licensed contractors make the foundation and the connections.

06 PureAlu
PureAlu, the cabinet body behind every kitchen
Every cabinet belongs to the PureAlu Cabinetry System made from 5/16 in (8 mm) marine-grade aluminum. It uses marine-grade aluminum AlMg 3.5, an alloy class proven in shipbuilding, and the cabinets have concealed connections, with openings only where the engineering requires them.
For Florida, this means a cabinet body designed for salt air, sun and summer rain. The kitchen does not need to be covered.
