This policy explains what personal information Ensch Outdoor Living LLC collects through enschoutdoorliving.com, how we use it, with whom we share it and what choices you have. It applies to this website and to the consultation form. It does not cover websites of other companies that we link to.

Information you send us

When you request a design consultation, the form asks for:

your name, email address and phone number
the ZIP code of the property
whether you are a homeowner, a professional or a business, and for businesses the company name and project details
details about your project, such as the type of kitchen, the location on the property and your timing
an optional budget range, how you heard about us and an optional message

We also note the language of the form and the page you sent it from. If you send us plans or photos by email, we keep them with your request.

Please do not send us information we do not need for your project, such as financial account numbers or health information.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the website, our hosting provider processes technical information that every browser sends, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you request and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the website and to keep it secure. These server logs are kept for a short time only.

To protect the form against spam and abuse, a security check runs when you reach the last step of the form. It processes technical information about your browser and device, including your IP address, to tell people from automated programs. We do not use it to identify or track you.

Visitor statistics

To understand how the website is used, we use Google Analytics, a service of Google LLC. It records, for example, which pages are viewed, the website you came from, your approximate location (city or region), the type of device and browser, and interactions such as scrolling, clicks on links and whether a consultation request was sent. It does not receive what you type into the form. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses. To recognize returning visits, it sets cookies in your browser (see below). We see only statistics, not individual people, and the data is kept for 14 months.

We have switched off Google's advertising features: Google signals and ad personalization are off, and the data is not used for advertising or shared with other Google products. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. You can also block it with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

The website does not use advertising trackers.

Cookies and similar technologies

The website uses cookies only for visitor statistics: Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_08J7LSWTLJ, which store a random ID and expire after up to two years. They are not set if your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Embedded films may set cookies after you click play (see below). The website works fully without cookies.

Embedded films

Some pages show films from the YouTube channel of FREILUFT Manufaktur. Until you click play, the page shows only a still image, and no information is sent to YouTube. When you click play, the film loads from youtube-nocookie.com. From that moment, YouTube (Google LLC) receives information such as your IP address and the page you are watching on, and may store information in your browser. YouTube's own privacy policy applies to this.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

answer your request and arrange a design consultation
plan your outdoor kitchen, prepare a quote and carry out a contract with you
share delivery details and plans with the licensed contractors working on your property
provide warranty and service after handover
keep records required by law and protect our rights
keep the website and the form secure
understand how the website is used and improve it

Video consultations

After you send the form, you can book a video consultation on the confirmation page. We then create an appointment in our Google calendar with your name, email address and the details of your request, and Google sends you an invitation with a Google Meet link by email. The consultation takes place on Google Meet; Google's privacy policy applies to the video call. We do not record consultations.

Phone calls, text messages and email

When you send the form, you ask us to contact you about your request. We will do so by phone, email or text message, including WhatsApp, using the details you provide. We call between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. local time.

We will not send you marketing text messages or marketing emails without your separate consent. You can tell us at any time to stop contacting you on a channel: reply STOP to a text message, use the unsubscribe option in a marketing email, or tell us by phone or email. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not share mobile phone numbers or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

With whom we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

We share information only as far as needed for your project or to run this website:

Project partners: licensed contractors, your architect or general contractor, and FREILUFT Manufaktur in Germany, which builds your kitchen. They receive what they need for planning, production, delivery and installation, and only once you are working with us on a project.
Service providers that process information on our behalf (see the next section).
Authorities and advisers: where the law requires it, to protect our rights, or to our lawyers, accountants and insurers.
A buyer of our business, if Ensch Outdoor Living LLC is sold or merged, under the protections of this policy.

Service providers

These companies process information on our behalf. They may use it only to provide their service to us:

Vercel: hosting of the website and processing of the consultation form
Cloudflare: domain name service, delivery of images and films, and the security check on the form (Cloudflare Turnstile)
Neon: database in which consultation requests are stored
Resend: sending of the confirmation email to you and the notification to us
Google: our business email and calendar (Google Workspace), video consultations (Google Meet) and visitor statistics (Google Analytics)

YouTube is not our service provider. It receives information only after you click play (see above).

Where information is processed

Your information is processed in the United States. FREILUFT Manufaktur is located in Germany; if your project goes ahead, the details needed to build your kitchen are shared with it there.

How long we keep information

We keep consultation requests for 24 months after our last contact with you if no project follows. If you become a customer, we keep project and contract records for as long as needed for warranty and service and as required by law. You can ask us to delete your request earlier (see below).

How we protect information

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access and service providers with recognized security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will inform you as required by Florida law.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to:

tell you what personal information we hold about you
correct information that is wrong
delete your information, unless we must keep it by law or for a contract with you
stop contacting you by phone, text message or email

Send your request to info@enschoutdoorliving.com or call (305) 454-8839. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on a request. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We honor these signals: if your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, the website does not load Google Analytics and sets no statistics cookies. The website does not track you across other websites, and we do not sell or share personal information.

Children

The website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Visitors from outside the United States

The website is intended for clients in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information is processed in the United States as described in this policy.

Language versions

This policy is available in English and Spanish. If the two versions differ, the English version applies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when we add new features to the website. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date at the top. If we make important changes, we will point them out on the website.
