Information, not offers
The website describes outdoor kitchens by FREILUFT and how we plan them. It is general information, not an offer to sell. Every kitchen is planned individually. Design, specifications, price, schedule and warranty are set only in a written quote and a written contract with Ensch Outdoor Living LLC. Statements made in a consultation, in the form or by email are not binding until they are confirmed in that contract.
Products, materials, colors and appliances shown on the website may change and may not be available for every project. Lead times and other time frames on the website are typical values, not commitments.
Installation, permits and licensed contractors
Ensch Outdoor Living LLC sells, plans and delivers outdoor kitchens and sets the cabinet modules and stone worktops on site. It does not perform construction work that requires a license in Florida. Such work, for example foundations, anchoring, structural work, roofs and pergolas, and gas, electrical and plumbing connections, is carried out by contractors licensed in Florida or by your own general contractor. Permits are applied for by the licensed contractor responsible for the work. Requirements differ by county and city and are settled for each project.
Information on the website about codes, permits, wind loads, fire safety or accessibility is general and does not replace advice from your architect, engineer or licensed contractor for your property.
Images, visualizations and films
Images and films on the website show FREILUFT kitchens and are © FREILUFT Manufaktur, used with its permission. Some images are visualizations or have been edited, for example to show a kitchen in a Florida setting. Such images are marked and are for illustration only. Colors and surfaces can look different on screen than in reality. Unless stated otherwise, pictured projects are not projects of Ensch Outdoor Living LLC.
Brand names and content
FREILUFT and PureAlu are brand names of FREILUFT Manufaktur. Other brand names belong to their owners. Their use on this website does not mean that their owners endorse us, unless stated.
The texts, layout and design of the website belong to Ensch Outdoor Living LLC or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own, non-commercial use, for example to plan your project. Any other copying, distribution or use requires our written permission.
What you send us
If you send us information, plans or photos, you confirm that you may share them with us. You allow us to use them to answer your request and to plan your project, and to share them with the partners named in our Privacy Policy for that purpose. We do not publish them without your permission.
Use of the website
Please do not use the website in a way that could damage it or disrupt it for others, do not try to gain unauthorized access, do not send automated requests through the form and do not enter false information about other people.

The warranty for an outdoor kitchen is given by Ensch Outdoor Living LLC in writing with your contract. It is separate from the warranties that appliance manufacturers give for their appliances. The full warranty terms are available before you sign a contract; you can request them at any time.

We work to keep the information on the website correct and current, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete, error-free or always available. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. This does not limit any warranty in a written contract with you.
